  • MinGW provides a set of open-source tools and libraries, typically ported from Unix-like operating systems, enabling developers to build native Windows applications without relying on Microsoft's Visual Studio. It also provide a minimalistic and lightweight environment, allowing developers to leverage the power of the GNU toolchain while integrating seamlessly with the Windows platform.
