DownloadBuzztrax (formerly known as Buzztard) is a music production environment, based on a very modular approach taking many concepts from trackers a step further. It runs under Linux and is compatible to the windows only and close source software Buzz. The backend is using GStreamer as a multimedia framework. It can use Alsa, Jack, PulseAudio and other audio interfaces.
